A place where nature sets the pace
Catskill Mountain House® is a private mountain estate perched above the Hudson River Valley — where old-growth forests meet open skies and the silence speaks louder than the city ever could. We offer a single, exclusive property for those who know the difference between a vacation and a true retreat.
Across sweeping mountain terrain and quiet mornings in crisp air, the experience stays constant: raw nature, refined spaces, and a stillness that follows you home.

Built upon the spirit of the historic

Catskill Mountain House®

Catskill Mountain House®, once the most celebrated resort in America, drew artists, presidents, and visionaries to these very ridges throughout the 19th century. Its legacy lives in the land itself — in the light that falls across the valley, in the silence that fills the forest.
"The mountains are calling and I must go."

Truly one of the best Airbnbs I've stayed in. The pictures do not do this place justice! Everything was incredibly well-stocked, from the kitchen to bar supplies to linens and towels for the hot tub. The bathrooms have heated floors!!! I 10000000% recommend this stay if you are looking to be in the Catskill/Hudson area.

Our kids happily played in the basement, enjoying board games and movies, while the adults relaxed on the deck and in the hot tub. The house is gorgeous, cozy, and extremely well-stocked (kitchen appliances, towels, baby stuff, games), and the hosts are communicative, and extremely welcoming. We were all so sad to leave!

The property and house were exactly what we were looking for. The mountain views from the living room and the spacious deck were spectacular. Dinner on the deck was special. The fire pit was used extensively during our stay. Would highly recommend this location to others looking for a well kept place with plenty of room, plenty of beds and plenty of privacy.

Our entire party LOVED this place! We stayed for a fall weekend and there was no lack of things to do at the house - from the hot tub, enjoying the Mountain View, playing cornhole, the indoor fireplace, the outdoor fire pit! We all have already talked about wanting to come back next year. That’s how much we loved it!

Absolutely gorgeous home and location, the view of the mountain was just stunning! the home is beautifully furnished, and had the best equipped kitchen of any home I've rented. Excellent home and location for a relaxing and quiet family vacation.

A gorgeous place to relax for a couple of days. My family of 7 (five adults and 2 children) found it really well equipped and it felt really homely. My parents in law (aged 80 plus) were very grateful that the master bedroom was on the ground floor. We only stayed two nights and spent the morning hiking and the afternoon relaxing on the decking and in the hot tub. A real gem of a place!

This beautiful house is one of our very favorite Airbnb properties - it is in a gorgeous setting, offers comfortable and tasteful furnishings, and has thoughtful touches everywhere! Our family gathered at the Catskill Mountain House® to prepare for our daughter's wedding at a nearby venue. The house offered everything we needed to enable us to relax and enjoy each other's company during this precious time.

Beautiful surroundings and views. Outdoor space is great for hanging out and relaxing. The hot tub was well maintained. The home was well stocked (above and beyond). We enjoyed many good hiking trails. Most of them were about a 15 minute drive from the house.
